Travel reimbursement & Insurances

Considering the new Erasmus+ Guide the participants get a round sum of money, according to the distance (in km) between their home and place of the project. Please see the table below (color - red).

We strongly recommend you to have health insurance while you are in Slovenia. Each participant will be in charge of purchasing one, because no private insurance will be reimbursed. Very important: your tickets and your travel insurance are a form of co-funding of the project that we must keep and present to the Erasmus+ Programme, the main funders of the training. Therefore, if you cannot provide your original tickets, receipts, insurance and invoices clearly stating the travel agency, your name and the exact costs of the tickets, we will not be able to reimburse you. 100 % of accommodation and food costs will be covered.
